Privacy policy

This policy explains what Gazelle Web Technologies (“Gazelle Web-Tech”, “we”) collects through this website and what we do with it. We have offices in Middlesbrough, United Kingdom and Accra, Ghana.

What we collect

When you send a project enquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name, email address, what you need, your budget range and your message.

To stop spam, we briefly keep a one-way hash of your IP address. It is deleted automatically after 10 minutes.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

How we use it

We use your enquiry only to reply to you and discuss your project. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked us to get in touch. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is stored on our website and emailed to our team in the UK and Ghana. Our web host and email provider process it on our behalf.

This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads. See Google’s privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case they become part of your client record.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@gazelleweb-tech.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK, or the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.org.gh) in Ghana.
